概述

NU2121是一款独立的双向开关电容变换器,集成了功率开关,正向输出电流10A(2:1转换),反向输出电流5A(1:2转换)。该架构和集成的FET经过优化,可在固定频率模式下实现50%的占空比。在0A负载切换模式下,NU2121的典型静态电流为50uA,在低功耗模式下为14uA。优化后的箕斗控制方案大大提高了轻载的效率。它的高开关频率高达1MHz,减小了电容器的尺寸,并进一步减少了电路的面积。
